Woodstone (Woody)

Woody is offered for sale through through the HRNZ HERO programme. Woody had a very successful racing career and has been an absolute stable favourite throughout.

• Woody has the most genuine and loveable nature. He is exceptionally intelligent, will give anything a go and is a real peoples horse!
• Basic flat work established. He has been lunged, worked through poles and has popped over small showjumps with no issues.
• He has completed a huge amount of spooky cowboy challenges without batting an eye!
• Woody loves hacking and is great on the roads by himself or in company. He is good in traffic, and has been used numerous times as the “lead” horse because he is so sensible!
• Groundwork established, good for the farrier, to groom, tack up etc
• Woody is well socialised with other horses and dogs. He has been well exposed to a busy yard environment.
• Woody is a forward ride but with good brakes and absolutely no dirt. He would make a fantastic happy hacker, trekking horse or low level all rounder.
• Although Woody is kind and willing he is still green so an experienced rider is essential.
