Expect Delays (Millie)

Expect Delays couldn’t have been a better race name for Millie. If you’re the sort of person to take 1 hour to get ready for your lesson, spend your warm up fussing over your stirrup length and chatting to your besties – this may be the horse for you!

• Millie is a total sweet heart, loves to be fussed over, will turn a hoof to most things and can produce some quality work when asked.
• She will happily stand around all day while you chit chat and muck around – even after cantering, jumping and having a “hoon”.
• Walk, trot and canter established. Starting to take the contact well. Has popped over every jump we’ve exposed her to.
• Despite being quiet she is not a “kick along” and can be forward when asked so requires a confident rider to get the best out of her.
• Hacks well alone or in company – though can need a little rider reassurance hacking alone in a new place.
• All the work has been done with this horse. Feet, teeth, worming all up to date.
• In great condition and had a course of precautionary ulcer treatment to cover all our basis.
• Suited to a confident rider wanting to do a bit of everything with no “fuss”. She’s a really easy horse to have around – we will be sad to see her go.
• Although Millie is a darling she will only go to a competent, experienced rider.
